Easy, Soft and Delicious Biscuits

 

4 cups biscuit mix

2 cups of sour cream

1 can of 7up or Sprite

Oven: 375°

Put the Biscuit mix and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Add 7up or sprite a little at a time until a ball is formed (you won’t need the whole can).

Put some Biscuit mix on the counter and roll out mixture the size of your pan (Cast iron skillet gives the best results). Melt ½ stick of butter in the pan. Use round biscuit cutter, glass jar or empty clean soup can to cut the biscuits out.

Dip both sides of the biscuit in the butter then place them into the pan close together. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
