Beef and Bean Burritos
I got this one from Pillsbury but had to change it up to suit Johnny's taste!
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup refried beans
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1 tablespoon burrito seasoning mix
2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Oven: 375°

In 10-inch skillet, brown the beef, adding the onions when meat is almost browned. Drain and mix beef, onions, beans and seasoning mixes. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring to blend and prevent sticking. Separate or cut dough into 8 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Spoon beef mixture down center of each rectangle; sprinkle with cheese. Starting with short side, roll up; pinch edge to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet or in casserole lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8 burritos.
