Beef and Mushroom Pie
Great way to use up leftover pot roast!
4 cups leftover roast beef, cut up
½ cup chopped mushrooms
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup diced sweet bell pepper
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Pie pastry dough
Oven:  375°

Combine all ingredients except dough, stirring well, in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Roll out pastry and place over dish, sealing edges and cutting vents in center.  Bake
about 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
