1 cup cubed pineapple, frozen
3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cup cream of coconut
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen yogurt
Thaw pineapple 10 minutes. Blend juice and cream in blender. Slowly add fruit and ice cubes, processing until smooth. Blend in yogurt. Serves 2.
