Poppy-Seed Chicken Casserole
*My sister Marilyn surprised me with this one. Easy!
3 cups cooked cubed chicken breast
8 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dry bread crumbs, regular or seasoned
Lay chicken in bottom of 2-quart casserole. Combine soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Generously cover with a layer of bread crumbs, dust with poppy seed and bake until hot, bubbly and browned. Voila! Dinner in a flash!
