Carolyn Carver's Chicken Casserole
1 box Wild Rice with herb mix
4 skinless, boned chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 4 ounce can mushroom pieces and stems
1 8-ounce bag stuffing mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
Parboil the chicken breasts until cooked through. Prepare rice and stuffing per package directions. Place chicken breasts in Pyrex casserole; combine rice, stuffing and remaining ingredients, reserving enough stuffing for top. Add to casserole over chicken, press remaining stuffing over top of all; drizzle with melted butter. Cover and bake 45 minutes; remove covering and bake an additional 15 minutes.
