Cheese Biscuits
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg, well beaten
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Oven: 400°
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into very well greased
muffin pan filling ¾ full and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
This recipe makes about 12 medium muffins or slightly
over 2 dozen mini muffins.
