Chocolate Pound Cake

1/2 pound butter
1/3 cup Crisco shortening
2-2/3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
8 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup milk
Oven: 275 °
Mix all ingredients well, but don't over mix. Bake for about 90 minutes in tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Cool completely on wire racks.
