1 package fluffy white frosting mix
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pound confectioner's sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
In a small deep mixing bowl, combine frosting mix, corn syrup, and vanilla and boiling water, mixing well. Gradually blend in confectioner's sugar on low speed of electric mixer. Stir in nuts and drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to set up until outside feels firm, then turn over and allow to dry at least 12 hours. Store in airtight containers. Will make 5-6 dozen candies.
