Light Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

2 cups reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup granulated Splenda®
1 1/2 cups Dijon mustard
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup safflower oil or other heart-healthy oil such as canola, etc.

Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth. Keep chilled.
