Peppercorn Dressing 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup cream or half-and-half
¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoon finely ground pepper
2 ½ teaspoons cracked peppercorns
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheeseBlend thoroughly and store in refrigerator. Stir or shake before using.
