Roasted Tomato Salad Dressing

2 large tomatoes, halved
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 Preheat broiler. Place tomato halves on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 10 minutes or until blackened. Cool 10 minutes; peel and core. Combine roasted tomato, basil, and next 6 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Should make about 1 cup.
