Fast Refrigerator Fudge
*This is really, really rich! And much less prone to being grainy than the sugared variety1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
24 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (or 3 cups morsels)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecansIn heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the milk, chocolate and butter, stirring to blend completely. Stir in marshmallows until mostly melted with some streaks left. Remove from heat, beat smooth and stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 dish and chill until firm.
