Raisin/Nut Filling:
1/4 cup dark seedless raisins
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4-cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Brown the breadcrumbs in the butter and mix well with the raisins, nuts, spice and sugar.  Set aside.
