Caramel Icing

2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 cup light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  Combine all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan, cooking over medium heat, stirring until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water. Add vanilla and stir until desired thickness is obtained.
