Sugar Free Peach Cobbler

2 cups prepared fruit (peaches, or you could also use apples or berries)
12 packets SteviaŽ poured into small dish
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
24 packets SteviaŽ poured into small dish
1 cup boiling water
Oven:  375°

Spoon fruit evenly over bottom of buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.  Combine 12 packets SteviaŽ, milk, flour, salt and baking powder and stir until smooth.  Spoon evenly over fruit.  Sprinkle with 24 packets SteviaŽ and pour the boiling water over all.  Do not stir.  Bake for about an hour or until cake is golden brown and bubbly.
