Frog Legs
*Yes, they really do taste like chicken!

1 pound fresh, skinned, rinsed frog legs
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Dredge the legs in the seasoned flour and fry over medium high heat in deep heavy skillet with preheated oil just to cover bottom of pan.  Turn occasionally until legs are thoroughly browned and no longer "jump" in pan.  Drain thoroughly on paper toweling before serving.
