Fresh Lemon Glaze
Combine 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar with the juice of 1 lemon and 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, mixing to glaze consistency, adding more lemon juice as needed to reach desired consistency.
