Chocolate Holiday Balls
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 1-ounce squares unsweetened baker's chocolate
1 2 1/2 inch square of paraffin
Finely crushed peanuts
Mix sugar, peanut butter, cracker crumbs and butter until well blended. Roll into 3/4 inch balls and chill at least 1 hour. Coarsely chop the chocolate and paraffin and place in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir until melted together. Remove entire double boiler from heat and quickly dip the balls into mixture, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in crushed peanuts. Cool on waxed paper. Makes about 4 dozen balls.
