Lasagna
1 quart Italian Cooking Sauce*
1 1/2 pounds lean ground round or finely minced sirloin
4 cups Ricotta cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound Lasagna noodles, cooked El dente
Oven:  375

Thoroughly brown the meat in a skillet and drain well.  Stir into Italian Cooking Sauce. Spread some of the sauce over the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan.  Beginning with noodles, alternate layers of noodles, Ricotta, sauce, Mozzarella until pan is full.  Finish with a layer of sauce over which you have dusted the Parmesan cheese.  Cover with foil, sealing edges. Bake for  45 minutes.  Allow to sit at room temperature for 25 minutes before serving.
