Lemon-Lime Glaze

1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons juice from lime
1 1/2 tablespoons juice from lemon

In a small enamel nonreactive saucepan, combine all three ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Use immediately.
