3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup toffee chips
½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips OR Hershey's Special Dark chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped pecans
Oven:  375°

Combine butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.  Beat at medium speed of mixer until creamy; beat egg into creamed mixture.  Combine flour, salt, baking soda and mix into creamed mixture until just blended.  Stir in flavored chips and nuts.  Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet (or for big cookies, use an ice cream scoop and press down slightly). Bake for 8-10 minutes (longer for big cookies).  Cookies will look moist - do not over bake.  Cool on sheet 2 minutes before removing to racks to cool.
Makes about 2 ½ dozen cookies.
