Breakfast Granola

3 cups uncooked regular oats
1 cup uncooked hot oat bran cereal
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup chopped walnuts
1-½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 tablespoons water
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
¾ cup chopped pitted dates
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sunflower kernels
Oven:  350º

Stir together first 7 ingredients. Stir together honey and next 3 ingredients; stir into dry ingredients. Spread mixture in a 15- x 10-inch pan.  Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until dark brown, stirring often; cool in pan on a wire rack. Stir in raisins and remaining ingredients; store in an airtight container.
