Sandwich Cookie Filling 2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
 

In small bowl combine 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar with shortening, vanilla and egg white; blend well. Add remaining powdered sugar; beat until smooth and creamy. Spread heaping teaspoon of filling between 2 cookies (I use a pastry bag and pipe it)
