Marilyn's Ozark Pie
1 egg
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2-cup pecan pieces
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oven: 325°Beat all ingredients together thoroughly and pour into a greased and floured 9-inch pie plate. Bake about 20-30 minutes.
