Pecan Pie

3 beaten eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked single pie shell
Oven:  350°

Beat the eggs; gradually add sugar and remaining ingredients except pecans.  Layer pecans on bottom of pastry shell.  Pour liquid ingredients over pecans.  Bake 50-60 minutes, covering edges of crust with foil to prevent over-browning if needed.
