Stephen's No Bake Low Fat Banana Pudding

Approx. 7 fully ripe bananas
2 boxes of sugar-free instant vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
2 boxes vanilla wafers
5 cups powdered skim milk
1 12-ounce bowl of fat-free whipped topping

In a blender, combine 3 cups of cold water with 2 1/2 cups of powdered milk. Mix briefly but thoroughly at low speed. Set aside. Cover the bottom of a large bowl with a layer of vanilla wafers, filling in gaps with pieces. Remove any bad spots from banana and cover vanilla wafers with medium thick slices. Run blender with milk mixture at slow speed. Gradually add contents of one pudding package while increasing speed. Run blender at high speed until pudding thickens. Immediately cover layer of bananas in bowl. Pour remaining pudding from the blender into a separate bowl. Set aside to use on top pudding layer.

Prepare another powdered milk and water mixture in the blender. Repeat steps until layers are about 1" from the top of the bowl. Set in refrigerator till firm. Set out whipped topping and allow to defrost (not in the microwave!) before covering contents
of bowl.

Note:   2% milk may be substituted, but 1% or skim milk may leave pudding runny.
