Orange Juice
Strawberry preserves
Vanilla Pudding
Whipped Cream
Toasted CoconutSplit the cake into 4 layers. Sprinkle each layer with a tablespoon orange juice then spread 1/4 cup preserves over first layer, repeat with pudding on second layer and preserves again over third layer. Add fourth layer of cake and frost with whipped cream. Drizzle the preserves along the edges, allowing to cascade down sides. Sprinkle lightly with toasted coconut. MUST BE KEPT CHILLED.
