16 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
Graham cracker crust
In large mixing bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and juice and mix well. Pour into pie plate lined with graham cracker crust. Bake 50-55 minutes or until top is set. Chill and top with desired toppings.
