Baking Mix Cheesecake 1 1/2 cups milk
4 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packaged baking mix
32 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Oven: 350°Beat milk, 4 teaspoons vanilla, eggs, 2 cups sugar and the baking mix on high speed about 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and beat 2 minutes longer. Pour into greased spring form pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir together sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. and spread over top of completely cooled cheesecake.
