Grilled Smothered Pork Chops

4 boneless 1/2-inch thick chops
1 small onion, sliced paper thin
1 sweet red pepper, sliced in thin strips
1 sweet green pepper, sliced in thin strips
1 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup concentrate
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Fresh sliced Portobello mushrooms
Fresh cracked black pepper
Salt to taste

Lay onion on sheet of aluminum foil, which has been sprayed with cooking spray.  Layer chops, mushrooms and peppers over this, season to taste with black pepper and salt and cover with soup/soy sauce mixture. Fold foil to seal into loose square or rectangle, sealing edges well.  Grill about 12-15 minutes.  Serves 4.
