Dijon Marinade

2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves, crushed or 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic

Blend in food processor.  For use with pork or poultry. Will keep in airtight bottle. Makes 3 cups marinade.
