Penne Pasta with Seasoned Tomatoes

3 cups diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 cup tomato sauce
1 10-ounce bag spinach, chopped
2 cups white beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups cooked penne
1/2 cup finely crumbled Feta cheese

Bring tomatoes and beans to boil in large skillet.  Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.  Add spinach; cook, stirring, until spinach wilts.  Serve over hot pasta with Feta cheese sprinkled over top.

*For a non-vegetarian dish, add 1/2 pound browned, drained and diced sweet Italian sausage to tomatoes and beans before simmering.  Makes 4-6 hearty servings.
