Marinated Cole Slaw
    *Salad will keep weeks in refrigerator.  Time makes it better!

2 large sweet red onions
1 head each green & red cabbage, shredded
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dry mustard

Thoroughly blend sugar, vinegar, oil and seasonings.  Toss with vegetables and place in tightly covered bowl in refrigerator for at least 3 days before using, stirring daily.
