Holiday Cheese Ball 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 cup bleu cheese, finely crumbled
1 tablespoon pimiento, minced
1 tablespoon sweet bell pepper, minced
1 tablespoon sweet onion, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
Dash salt
Finely chopped pecansThoroughly blend all cheeses together, working next 7 ingredients in well. Pack into balls of desired size and roll in pecans to coat. Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
