Stuffed Peppers
6 large round sweet bell peppers
1 pound lean ground round
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 small finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 cup dry breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon all purpose Italian Seasoning
2 cups tomato sauce
Oven:  400º

Cut the top off each pepper and scrape out pits and seeds.  In bowl, combine the meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion, egg, crumbs and seasoning thoroughly and stuff each pepper tightly.  Place in lightly greased casserole dish and pour tomato sauce over all.  Bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
