Teriyaki

*This recipe was given to me by the children’s paternal step-grandmother.

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Tenderizer with MSG
Fresh lean sirloin

Combine marinade ingredients, mixing well.  Cut beef into strips, marinate in mixture overnight.  Allow to set at room temperature 15 minutes before cooking over hot coals about 5-7 minutes.  Serve with fresh hot rice and vegetables.
