Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

4 good sized tomatoes
1 12 ounce can tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 stalk celery, finely minced
1/2 small onion, finely minced
1/8 cup chopped pitted ripe black olives
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Cheddar Cheese
Oven:  Broil

Combine all but cheese thoroughly.  Cut tops from tomatoes and scoop out contents.  Stuff with tuna mixture.  Place in baking dish and grate cheese over tops.  Broil just long enough to melt cheese.
