Johnny's Potatoes on the Grill

Per Serving:
1 large baking potato
1/3 cup sweet Vidalia onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter, cut up into small pieces

Peel potatoes and chop into chunks.  Mound with the onion and butter on large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, folding up sides to seal securely.  Bake in back corner of your grill for about 45 minutes while grilling your meal or bake in a 400º oven for at least 45 minutes.
