Lisa's Ranch Potatoes

7 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered (about 3 1/4 pounds)
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup minced fresh or 1 tablespoon diced parsley flakes

Place potatoes in large saucepan; cover with water.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes or until very tender.  Drain and pour into large mixing/serving bowl.  Add butter, salad dressing and parsley flakes; beat at medium speed of mixer until fluffy. Makes 6 servings
