Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

1 egg plus water to make 1 measuring cup full
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast
Filling:
2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon mixed with 4 teaspoons sugar
Confectioner's Glaze
Oven:  350°

Layer the ingredients in basin of bread machine in the order listed, and set your machine for the sweet dough setting.  When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured pan, cover and place in warm spot to allow rising for 30 minutes or until doubled.  Roll out on floured surface, forming an oval.  Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with chopped pecans, and dust liberally with cinnamon/sugar mixture.  Roll up lengthwise, sealing edges.  Cut into 1 inch slices and place cut side down on lightly greased baking pan.  Bake about 15 minutes or until slightly browned.  Glaze with confectioner's glaze while still warm.  Makes about 16 rolls.
