2 cups unbleached bread flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
2 cups Starter*
Sift dry ingredients together; mix in sweetener and Starter until firm dough is achieved. Grease a heavy skillet thoroughly and place shaped biscuits in skillet, covering and allowing to rise for 20 minutes before baking 25-30 minutes.
* You can choose Sourdough Starter Method 1 (made with sugar or honey)
or Sourdough Starter Method 2 (made from potatoes)
